Shipping & Refund policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Products purchased through www.smwwheels.com are shipped on weekdays, Monday-Friday excluding Latvian public holidays.

Orders are delivered by Latvian post (Standard delivery service) or DHL or UPS (Express delivery service, depending on the final destination). An e-mail confirmation will be dispatched when the goods leave our warehouse in Riga, Latvia.

We offer free international economy shipping (Standard), and free international express shipping (Express) for orders over 10000 EUR.

Time of delivery within EU/EEA is 5-20 days for Standard shipping and 1-3 days for Express shipping, outside of EU/EEA 5-30 days for Standard shipping and 2- 4 days for Express shipping.

Time of delivery may vary to some extent.

 

REFUND POLICY

This general Refund Policy applies to a consumer whenever a product is purchased from us, SMW Group AS (“we”), reg. no. 40003495011, at our website www.smwwheels.com. By purchasing our product(s), a customer confirms to have accepted this Refund Policy.

When placing an order on the website, a purchase agreement is entered into between a customer and us, upon order confirmation made in writing. We ask to save the order confirmation in order to facilitate future correspondence about the respective purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Generally, customized/special/personalised orders are not eligible for returns. We are available to answer questions or concerns about specific items.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The process of return of goods should be initiated by email. If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.

REFUNDS
We provide a notification after we’ve received and inspected a returned item. If approved for refund, it will be processed in accordance with the way the original payment was received method. It should be noted that a bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund to the account.
